Nick undertakes transactions, investment purchases and sales together with development sites. Although he is primarily an office property advisor he also introduces other asset class investments including retail, hotels and student housing.
As a London property specialist, Nick undertakes special assignments both strategic and transactional on behalf of High Net Worth and private clients. He specialises in off market sales and acquisitions in prime Central London dealing mainly with transactions of £10m upwards.
He has extensive experience, a very broad knowledge and skills which combine to form a rich mix of transactional and strategic capabilities.
His development consultancy, advisory and project leadership services are tailor made to clients’ requirements, typically they are contract based and fully scalable from one day a month upwards. He focuses on a small number of key clients.
Nick is a fellow of the RICS, a member of the Investment Property Forum, an affiliate member of the RIBA. International Ambassador for BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). Past President of the British Council for Offices and several other sector Associations and Organisations.
